For those who believe life is theirs to shape. We’re looking for win-win-win: people and places who open doors, welcome the curious, and back the dreamer.

The Onuai map isn't a directory anyone can get onto. It's a network of people and places that stand in the arena with Onuai people, and back them in being brave, intentional and curious with their life. Every card is reviewed, and every role is a real exchange.

Help more people find their way into the adventure

You don’t need a large audience. You do need genuine belief in the mission, alignment with how we want to build, and a willingness to actively help the right people find us.

You commit to

  • Introduce Onuai to people, communities and opportunities where there is a genuine fit.
  • Share your personal invitation code or link with people you believe would benefit.
  • Represent the Onuai mission and values in a way that feels authentic to you.
  • Stay actively connected to the movement rather than simply carrying the title.

Onuai gives back

  • Your own Ambassador invitation code or link.
  • A public Ambassador profile, linking to your own dream, project or work.
  • The option to add Onuai Ambassador to your LinkedIn.
  • Early access to selected events, initiatives and opportunities.

We want to see a world shaped by dreamers. A dreamer is someone who imagines a life, work or world that does not exist for them or the world yet, and moves toward it. We are building an ecosystem for dreamers, and we can't build it alone. With others, we are adding to the odds.

We promise to

  • Back the dreamer, and put the person before the dream.
  • Meet ambition with presence. We will not push for endless hustling, or for checking out.
  • Direct attention back toward people's real lives.
  • Welcome people as they are, and make room for joy and adventure along the way.
  • When we invite dreamers to contribute, make it a win-win that opens a door for their dream.

We will never

  • Profit from keeping people disconnected from their real lives, or optimise for addiction, endless engagement or growth at all costs.
  • Sell or misuse the data, contacts or attention of people who find us through Onuai.
  • Sell shortcuts, promise outcomes we can't deliver, or use people's fear of being behind.

Keeping itWe trust each other to act in the spirit of this pledge. If something clearly goes against it, we talk. If it can't be put right, we part ways.
