The Pledge
We want to see a world shaped by dreamers. A dreamer is someone who imagines a life, work or world that does not exist for them or the world yet, and moves toward it. We are building an ecosystem for dreamers, and we can't build it alone. Signing this pledge makes you a visible part of the Onuai movement, so dreamers can find the people and places that resonate with them. With others, we are adding to the odds.

Back the dreamer, and put the person before the dream.
Meet ambition with presence. We will not push for endless hustling, or for checking out.
Direct attention back toward people's real lives.
Welcome people as they are, and make room for joy and adventure along the way.
When we invite dreamers to contribute, make it a win-win that opens a door for their dream.

Profit from keeping people disconnected from their real lives, or optimise for addiction, endless engagement or growth at all costs.
Sell or misuse the data, contacts or attention of people who find us through Onuai.
Sell shortcuts, promise outcomes we can't deliver, or use people's fear of being behind.
